Trigger Point Therapy

Finding pain at its source.

What are trigger points?

Trigger points are sensitive or tender spots that develop in the soft tissue of muscles. They are caused when small amounts of muscle fibers cramp, causing pain. Pain within these points can range from mild to debilitating and often can cause the body to react with pain in other areas, known as referred pain.  You may have one trigger point or many.

Deep pressure is applied to the trigger point.  This stop the muscle fibers from cramping and helps reset the body.
